Did this one for ~Blackrosenaruto's Elements Contest: [link] It looked like this contest would be fun in which to join, plus it gave me a good new start to relearn how to ink and colour. Since I haven't been inking/colouring for a while, I kind of lost my touch, but I think I've got a little bit of it back now. Anyway, here's a water spirit I came up with from off the top of my head. Yes, her hair is supposed to be water. The picture's not as good as I was hoping it'd be, but I guess it's passable. Well, I hope it wins anyway.  I hope ~Blackrosenaruto likes it, too.
